I have just had installed an Arlo door bell which works perfectly one one iphone but when i've connected to my partners iphone his doesn't ring when someone presses the door bell, although it does access the camera and all other facilities. It only works on my iphone, the original on i set up on. I tried with 2 Arlo accounts then with my account on the two phones all with the invitation from my iphone.
Arlo said they didn't now how to help me!!
Can anyone help please.
