New Arlo Chime 2 with the new app does not send instant alerts when motion or audio is detected by your Arlo doorbell. No place in the new app to set this feature. Now it also only has 3 different chimes.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
