What have you tested so far while connected to the Alexa device?

I have been unable to connect the video doorbell to the Home station or directly to the Wi-Fi. It does not register be fully wired doorbell. I changed the name of the Wi-Fi and password to get rid of any special characters or spaces as previously suggested.
Also, I have been unable to use my Alexa dot as the chime/announcer when setting up the video doorbell.

Is this with a 2.4Ghz network? Can you try removing and re-installing the Arlo app and factory reset the doorbell before onboarding.

I can’t seem to find any specifics but this.
I heard a click-sound from the doorbell when I tried to scan the QR code tonight. No “bell or announcement” from the Alexa dot nearby. Also, I was bypassing the home station and going directly from doorbell to the internet.
