Black screen when recording or accessing live, however, audio still works.

 

Restarted the device with no success. Removing the device and reinstalling it resolved it for a single recording before going back to a black screen.

 

Full wifi signal...not too sure what else to try.

 

Tried to get through to Live Chat but seems like there's never anyone on the chat. All I received was "A support expert will be with you shortly, thank you for your patience". Poor product with equally poor support. 

 

Any advice on how to resolve this?

Assuming you have a subscription, use phone contact rather than chat. Can't guarantee that will work better but it's worth a try.
