I recently changed my Wi-Fi router from BT to EE, and I’ve put the new passcode into the Arlo App.

the doorbell will not read the QR code on the App.

how do I fix that, please?

Make sure your SSID and password for the new WiFi don't have special characters or spaces. If the doorbell was previously connected to the old router, the easiest thing to do is to use the same SSID and password on the new router as was used on the old one.

I have a new EE router and it doesn’t like my essential video door bell with chime. I’ve deleted and downloaded the Arlo secure app several times but the camera will not read the QR code.

I’ve followed the procedures for downloading on the app but it doesn’t want to know.

all suggestions so far received have not worked - before I throw the whole system away has anyone else got any ideas.  Why can’t I phone someone to talk to me?

FWIW, the simplest approach would have been to set up the new router to use the same wifi name and password as the old one.

Did you remove the doorbell from the account?  Or is it still in the account (but offline).
