AVD2001 won't read QR code

I can't get my essential wireless door bell to read the qr code.  I have tried everything spent 2 hours on the phone with support still not working.  Is it possible my hub vmb3500 is not supporting the doorbell?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That would certainly be a problem. You can connect the doorbell directly to your WiFi instead.
