I have tried the connection process over and over again at least 30 times trying to connect the wired doorbell to my Eero gateway. I’ve disabled the 5ghz network, turned off Bluetooth and mobile data and on all occasions the Arlo app cannot find the doorbell. My Eero system can see that it’s connected to the network!! On every occasion I go through the process the camera scans the qr code, but the app fails to find the doorbell. I do not have a base and never had one. My arlo app is updated to the new version.
I went from the old AT&T copper wired internet to a new company that offers fiber to my area finally and have had no problem getting the ARLO app to find and re-install all 6 essential cameras. The doorbell eludes me. I have reset it each time. I have followed every single piece of advice I have found. I do not have the security plus on the eero system. WPA3 is turned off. I am sick and tired of trying. I may ditch my entire arlo system and go with a competitor. HELP
