We purchased 2 ARLO wireless video doorbells. I installed them on my iphone, and they show up as "devices." The problem is they don't show up om my wife's phone, and I have been unable to "grant access." We already successfully "share" 5 PRO 3 cameras. But when I try to "grant access" and "add" her to the 2 doorbells, I get a message that her "email has already been used," and it won't send out an invitation to her. Any suggestions?

Rather than attempt a new invitation, just edit her account in Grant Access and add the doorbells. She should then have all cameras displayed.
