After over one (1) year of good, problem-free use, my Arlo Wire-Free Video Doorbell (ADV2001) stopped working (pressing button won't ring door bell).  It's hard-wired to the original (two) wires for the original doorbell so the chime would sound.  Now chime is making a loud humming noise, unless I detach the Arlo video doorbell.  I've tried replacing the chime, replacing the 16 volt transformer with a new 16 volt transformer, replaced that with a 24 volt transformer, and removed the Arlo battery and charged it up to 100% externally.  Nothing works.  Essentially I've narrowed this down to an issue with the product itself (the Arlo Wire-Free Video Doorbell ADV2001).  I can find no way to contact Arlo with this problem (no email, no phone number).  Tried the chat function, which did not work.  I'm at my wits end here.  Can anybody offer any advice, with the problem itself, or just how to contact Arlo?

You need a subscription to contact official support. If you don't have one, subscribe temporarily to a monthly sub and cancel when done. Note that there's no pro-rated refund for canceling.

Understood and thank you.  That figures.  I was able to find a customer service email online and send in the issue ... if they don't reply, then I may do as you suggest.

Sounds like a spam site. Arlo doesn't have a customer service email address that you can start a communication with. Be careful with any response.
