90 day Trial subscription for Gen 1 doorbell not working

I just purchased one of these new, updated firmware, in Australia which is a supported region not using a hub just wifi and dont get any recordings...

any ideas?

Is the trial subscription showing up in the account?

Also, try making a recording while livestreaming, and see if that works.
