cannot connect to doorbell live

while away from my house today i tried to connect to doorbell live via 5g but iphone would not connect. i was able to access a outside wifi and then it worked. do i have my settings wrong?

Did you check that the app is allowed to use cellular data?

Do you receive an error message when trying to connect live using the mobile data connection? Are you able to provide a screenshot?

Sorry, replied the other day but for some reason it bounced back....2nd try...
No error and didn't think to take a screen shot...The wheel trying to connect just kept spinning.
Then I decided to replicate the action but this time at my office....I took phone off of wifi and all worked but I was on LTE and not 5 G....maybe there is an issue with 5g?
