Someone please help ! I have “smart” wifi from optimum. So there are not two different 2.4 vs 5. My two pro 4 cameras connected but my doorbell WILL NOT. I literally just got rid of my ring and currently have no doorbell. I’ve reset. I’ve contacted support. Nothing works. Any ideas ?! Thanks in advance

Are you using autofill for the network stuff? Try manually typing in the info instead.

ewrankend,
What model is the doorbell? You can find this printed behind the mounting plate (AVDXXXX)
What LED behavior do you see when attempting to onboard? What error messages show up in the app?
