Do you mean you're trying to talk to the visitor, they can hear you but you can't hear them? Check the doorbell settings under Audio Settings to ensure the mic is enabled and volume turned up. You might also want to ensure the original plastic protective sheet, used for shipping, is removed.

Yes. Something happened around early Oct and it seems everyone with an AVD3001 doorbell camera can only hear white noise. I can talk to my guest fine but I can’t hear anything but white noise. Bad update must’ve got pushed to us.

Does this occur over mobile data and Wi-Fi? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Both WiFi and mobile network. I have done a reset and even tried restarting my router multiple times. Also have a ticket open with Support.

Does this occur with other handheld devices as well if you login there?

Yes. I have two mobile devices and a tablet. All 3 are experiencing the white noise for a month now.

I have. I had a ticket open which they closed after 7 days of no resolution and making me redo all the steps I did before even speaking to them.

Yes. Tried every troubleshooting tip they have listed and asked me to do when I opened the ticket.
