Bought new gen 2 doorbell and I see where i can connect to my vmb4000r3 but when I try it will try for about 8 seconds then fail error code 4100. Connects to wifi just fine. I have removed doorbell and started fresh, log in and out of app no succes. Any advice

Yes I am. I just gave up and streaming through it wifi.....
