Hello,
We now also have the 2K Video Doorbell. Satisfied for years with Arlo in cooperation with Verisure. But now Verisure says that this 2K Video Doorbell cannot be linked into cloud storage? All is properly installed and see the 2K Video Doorbell just works in the Arlo app. Only so now it doesn't record anything? Verisure says they can't do anything for me? I can't send the 2K Video Doorbell back either because it's already in use now.
Can you help us??

Thanks for your reply, and yes we have been paying for Verisure for years. But the old camera was broken, so I ordered a new one via Arlo. I spoke to them again yesterday from Verisure but they say this Video doorbell cannot be placed in the cloud?

The Gen 2 doorbells of course do work with the Arlo Cloud.
The Verisure UK website is still showing the graphics of the older wireless doorbell and essential cameras - I am wondering if they are just telling you that Verisure doesn't support Gen 2 devices yet.
