I have a video doorbell and a second gen doorbell. Both work fine as cameras picking up motion but on neither device can I answer video calls properly when someone actually rings the bell. 

The notification comes through on iPhone, slide to answer, video starts but not able to communicate with any audio at all. This is making the products useless as actuals doorbells. Anyone had this and resolved please?

Hi,

 

Here is the steps to do the reset on the doorbell. Yes, the routines will need to be added again.

You should reset both in the first instance.

 

If this doesn't help, Arlo will need to adjust the backend settings, or whatever they do.

Is that a full reset and reinstall? 

is it easy to do? I assume I will need to recreate all routines etc?
