Next gen wireless doorbell offline and not charging

I just got this doorbell camera from my Internet provider. Have my app and the camera is there, but I only get a picture when I click on it. Showed offline, which I was unable to resolve. Now shows battery 0% even though it has charged for the last 2 nights. No light on the camera (clicks red when I view or do something from the app, and flashes blue when first plugged in, eventually solid blue but then nothing again when charging cable unplugged). Pressing the button does not seem to do anything besides briefly lighting it up. I have never gotten a notification even though they are turned on...

Managed to resolve with my provider help. Had to remove, factory reset and install device updates. Seems to be working properly now.

If you log out of the app and log back in do you still experience the same behavior?

Managed to resolve with my provider help. Had to remove, factory reset and install device updates. Seems to be working properly now.
