More than one user?

Just installed a video doorbell 2nd gen, app working well on my phone.

Now I need to do the same for my wife's phone but I can't see where to add her.

If she goes through the whole setup procedure, it does the video doorbell, but while doing the Chime2, it hangs on trying to join the temporary network (error message says it can't join the temporary network).

1. Can the Video Doorbell 2nd Gen be used by more than one person?
2. How is this done? I cannot find anything in the app to allow this.

The alternative is to use your login credentials for both people.

Since you set up the devices, she can't - they're already set up.
