Arlo Video Doorbell Gen 2 setup

Is there a plastic film on the top half of the unit. There was one on the bottom that I pulled off. If there is any suggestion on getting it off without scratching the unit.

There is not a removable film on the top portion of the doorbell. Anything you might see will be hardware related. Hope that helps.
