Hi- I had my Arlo Video Doorbell for almost a year and finding it impossible to submit a warranty. The battery life is terrible after being fully charged. This is extremely frustrating and would appreciate any guidance from the Arlo Community and the Arlo Tech team. Thanks!

If you have a subscription, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see the options for talking to official support. You'll also need your receipt to prove it's within warranty.
In the meantime, battery life is usually worse when recording many videos (using activity zones won't reduce recordings, just whether the recordings are deleted or displayed in Feed) and/or signal strength/quality. If you bring the doorbell inside for testing do things work better?

I have exactly the same problem. I have an Arlo 2K doorbell with chime. Battery life is now down to about one week. I'd like to replace the battery -- or failing that, replace the doorbell.
Very disappointed that Arlo isn't owning up to this problem.
