App only shows 1st Generation Doorbell and a box saying square pushbutton, when I touch the box saying square pushbutton it just goes back to the previous page. Can seem to navigate past it.

There is a workaround that some have used successfully. Use a VPN that terminates in a country where Arlo offers subscriptions (e.g., the US), and create a new account. Then disconnect the VPN. You should be able to onboard the camera using that account.
But you will need a subscription to get cloud recordings - which I think will require a US payment method.

The 2nd gen doorbell isn't supported world-wide. What country are you in?
