I have been an Arlo user since 2018 - all has worked well. We recently moved, so I removed the Wired Doorbell from my account to leave at the previous home. I purchased a new doorbell (video doorbell 2, second gen) for the new home. Following instructions, it is setup for wifi instead of connecting to my base station, VMB4000r3. I also had to upgrade to the new version of the app. I have read to see that adding the new doorbells to base station is not yet supported. That is disappointing, but my real question is around subscriptions.
I have had a subscription for a long time for the base station, several Pro2 cameras, and the old wired doorbell. When the new doorbell was installed, it started a trial subscription for it while I have an existing subscription already. I don't understand why it would start a new subscription for the doorbell when I have one already. I do not want to pay for two subscriptions.
How do I have the new doorbell on my existing subscription?

Following up on my post - the trial did end and the new doorbell did move onto my existing subscription just like others said. Letting others that find my post know. Thanks!

A new install of a new camera will always start the trial - I suppose it's easier to manage than to have to add code around whether you have an existing subscription or not. In any event, wait for the trial to expire and either then add the doorbell to your subscription (if you have a legacy subscription) or just let the camera get added automatically if you have a current sub.

Once the trial expires the doorbell should automatically move into your paid subscription.

Ok, thanks for both of the replies. Trial ends on August 8, so it should convert then.
