Nothing with Arlo ever works. Arlo is the worst product stack in any product category by any company that I've ever used in my entire life.

Are you proud of the 3.2 star rating on the Play Store?

Every other camera app has better reviews. Every single one.

Are you able to provide more details about what you are experiencing with activity zones? We may be able to assist with more information.

On the list of 9999999 things that don't work on Arlo, motion zones don't work. It will constantly notify me of things outside the motion zone.

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.

How is support going to help the product being garbage?

They will tell me to reboot, then reset, and it will never fix it.

I have contacted support 15 times since owning Arlo. Number of times they've fixed the issue: ZERO. 0. Goose eggs. Never.

Yes: it doesn't work.

I get notifications for stuff well outside the motion zones.

Activity zones can be fooled by reflections from objects outside the zones bouncing of something inside the zone. Probably a classic case is the sun's IR being reflected from a car or leaves and being detected in zone since the IR is so strong. Does this happen all the time or just during periods of time during the day? Reducing motion sensitivity while still getting the coverage you need can help as well as moving or at least repositioning the camera to help minimize the camera's view.

One post per topic is sufficient. I replied in your other post.
