It's been a bit since I've been on here but after more than three years some things haven't changed - support is a joke still.  Where do they find these people.

So the cams are having a issue with determining what is seen and sending alerts 4 times a night to wake us up.  It seems it can't tell the difference between a moth and a person - really - this is 2023, what 2nd grade program are they using.  So here they are having me try this, try that.  Remove this, re add that (kind of sounds like 3 years ago)  Look there own literature points out the determination is made at the server by the Arlo algorithm.  So now they want proof of purchase to move up.  Really, all seven were registered years ago and I am paying for the damn service.  All of this only needs for them to look at my damn account.  Un friggin believable.
