overnight mode

I have an Arlo ultra floodlight.  I’ve set it in overnight mode but the light doesn’t get triggered by motion.  the light actually never comes on

Do you mean the floodlight camera (which is not an Ultra)?  Or the Ultra or Ultra 2 (which have spotlights, but are not floodlights)?  They are different models.

Also, what do you mean by "overnight mode"?  Are you talking about the low light video settings?
