no subscription plan in Belarus

since I live in Belarus

 

my tariff plan doesn’t work

 

but before that I received notifications on the phone

 

the video was sent to the SD card

 

after the firmware, the camera stopped sending notifications

error :AC power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity Zones are currently disabled 

AC power connection gives nothing

 

the camera is constantly on to the VMA5600

 

maybe someone can help  camera connection via vpn to start working tariff plan or at least notifications started to come

 

and without these functions, the camera is not worth the money :(((((

@Yauheni,

I dount know about subscription plans in your country, but is your camera detectiong motion? On the Devices page when you walk in front of the camera does the motion detection icon turn amber? If not try this:

1) Remove the camera from your account.

2) Power cycle your hub.

3) Add the camera back to your account.

Hopefully, your camera will now detect motion and send notifications. This workaround worked for me.

cameras and the base was untied from the account 

 

camera and base did a reset

 

after that I set everything up again 

 

sees movement and writes video on SD 

 

only no notifications  

 

tried on two different phones 

 

if you connect the camera is not ultra hd(arlo,arlo pro, arlo pro 2) everything is working 

 

3 months the camera worked fine until updated 

 

today put the latest update the same :(((((
