how do you turn on the 4K?

I know the manual says to go to the smart base hub then to storage settings and then tap on the 4K video recording...however mine doesn't allow me to turn on the 4K and I have paid to upgrade my storage on the cloud to 4K...any ideas how to actually turn this feature on?

You're sure you subscribed to PVR and not just an enhanced plan? Are you using Auto Zoom and Tracking, which reverts to 1080p?

When you look at content in your library, do you see a 4K badge on the thumbnail for the cameras that have a PVR subscription?
