cameras are working/recording but app shows offline intermittently

cameras are working/recording but app shows offline intermittently. (over and over again) 

*Arlo Essential Spotlight camera x 5

*Arlo Pro smart hub

*Apple Phone 13 (with the Latest update)

Firmware- 1.20.1.1_1265_eccc317

-This started on the afternoon of Oct.18 (I don't see any updates needed)

-Rebooted everything and problem is still ongoing.

So camera are working/recording fine but the app is intermittently showing all 5 as offline.  So I go into library (which shows the latest recordings/which are fine) I back out onto main screen showing all cameras and it says offline.  I refresh and it show them online then goes back to offline.  really strange and I have never encountered this before.  I have been using Arlo for over 5 years now.

Please advise.

I tried logging on my Mac book and its doing the same thing.  The only difference is it will intermittently show as cameras are rebooting instead of offline on my I-phone.  Strange.  Would appreciate the help.
