Zoom in on Arlo Ultra no clear

When I zoom in using my Arlo Ultra camera, the zoom get real blurry. Is there a setting I'm missing? In your promotional video it shows zooming in on a license plate and it very clear. When I try zooming on an object it gets really blurry. Thank you
