Will the solar panel allow continuous 4K streaming video

Will the Arlo Solar Panel Charger, VMA5600-10000S, allow continuous 4K streaming video, like possible with an AC power supply?

The solar panel is just a charger, not AC power. It may not  keep up with long periods of continues 4K live viewing depending on how much you use it.  Also the CVR subscription function requires AC power for that.
