Hello, I am using a VMB5000 base station, paired with a VMB4000, to use the alarm function. I have several cameras, including ultra, Pro2 and Pro3. When my system is armed, from time to time the alarm will trigger, without capturing any motion, or audio from any one of the cameras. There is no notification within the app, the alarm will simply go off. This is very frustrating, as it typically happens in the middle of the night. I have already swapped out the VMB4000, removed and re-synced the cameras on several occasions. I am becoming complacent when the alarm triggers, which defeats the purpose of the system, keeping my family safe. Please help.

Hi Rtrav,
Try checking your modes setting (whether it's Armed mode or Custom mode) and see if you have siren set up or not. You can also read here to learn how to edit the mode: About Arlo Modes and Rules
