I receive notifications for recordings saved to my library but when I try to view them, they never finish loading and only show a black screen. I also cannot view live feed either. The app does not show that it needs any updates. I have tried deleting the app and logging in again. I have tried turning off my SmartBase and turning it on again. Nothing is working.
