I don't know what you mean by "work directly with the Ultra".
The Ultra needs a base station (it doesn't connect to your home wifi). Both the Ultra and the Doorbell videos would be accessed from the same account (which can be accessed via https://my.arlo.com on a PC). You can set up the doorbell to "cross trigger" the ultra - meaning that you can tell the system to record on the ultra when the doorbell detects motion. This also works in the other direction (you can set up the doorbell to record with the ultra detects motion).
