Hi all,
I’ve lost all functionality of my Arlo system. I think it’s an issue with the base station. I’ve tried restarting, resetting, adding, removing with no luck. It can never find a firmware update and says I need to update to add cameras? It had been working fine for a few years. Very frustrated, any help appreciated.
regards

Thank you for the advice.
I run Pi-hole on a raspberry pi. One of my first thoughts was that maybe it was blocking the hub. The pi ultimately uses Google DNS after filtering.
I cant find anything to suggest this is actually a problem, though.
Pi-hole has been running the entire time, even when the hub was working for months.
Disabling Pi-hole leads to no improvement in hub connectivity.
In the Pi-hole logs, I can see all requests for an Arlo domain are passed through unblocked.
This theory wouldn’t explain why the hub connects for some time after a restart.
So unfortunately I don’t think DNS is the issue.

If possible, take the hub to a friend's house and try adding it there. There have been a few instances where doing this caused it to work fine when returned home.
