Is this a new installation or one that used to work? Are you the original owner or is this a used system?
We can't help with a Netgear switch here - go to support.netgear.com

Just to clarify - the VMB3000 is not a switch or router. It is a base station for Arlo cameras. Netgear owned Arlo for a while, so it was branded as Netgear. You won't be able to join it's wifi network - it is a closed network, only for the Arlo cameras.
Do you have Arlo cameras? Also, as @jguerdat asked, is this a setup that used to work, but now is failing?
