The small magnetic power connector on the bottom of my Arlo Ultra has rusted badly and won’t take a charge. The warranty expired by one month when it occurred. Can I buy a spare part as it is a simple click into place item that is very simple to fix - or can I get it repaired anywhere? Everything I have read so far suggests that I have to buy a whole new camera for a one dollar part...

Hmmm, if it’s replaceable why not use a wire brush and see if it still works after you scrub the rust off. I’d actually like to know if that works.

Or you could soak it in a rust removal detergent.

Carefully. I'd be cautious about too much liquid.

Not sure why it would rust - I haven't had that happen. It may not actually be rust but dirt, etc. Cleaning both side of the connector should be fine and make sure the connector isn't somehow cocked when reconnecting it.
