Ultra not responding when insert battery. does not factory reset

Greetings, I am trying to determine if my camera is broken? Testing with multiple fully charged batteries I don't get a blue flashing light when I insert the battery. There is no amber light appearing after pressing the sync button when I attempt a factory reset. Is my camera broken? or is it some sort of syncing issue. I have 3 other cameras working perfectly on the same wifi

It sounds like a broken camera to me.  Perhaps try contacting support (using the support options in the app).
