Have bought arlo ultra to VMB4000 system. But it works but not recording anything.. what is the problem?
I have read ultra is compertable with the vmb4000 somewhere?

Hi @Savingryan
Have you made sure you have the rules set to record with this camera, or using an armed mode?
Have you tried tp reboot the camera by removing & re-inserting the battery?

And do you have at least the trial subscription for the camera?

The Ultra is NOT a legacy camera like the Pro 2/Q/Baby/Pro/Arlo hd...
The Ultra does require a paid subscription after the trial period.
( see under Ultra and no subscription )

Your not inserting any pics. As for the smart subscription what country do you live in? It is not available in some countries to rule that out that. You have the record option in your "Armed" mode then select a camera and it is in the rules for that cam as in the link I posted earlier. It says "record video". You should read the FAQ in this forum for the Ultra.
