Camera Serial #5GG3977JAF5FD


I’m getting a consistent, unrelenting hiss / crackling out of one of the five cameras on my system purchased through Costco and installed yesterday. The other four cameras do not crackle.  The firmware ends in c8e1and it says it’s up to date.  Any suggestions?

Check that the wind noise reduction is enabled for that camera (in the audio settings).

 

If it is (or if enabling it doesn't help), then exchange the system at Costco.  You could alternatively contact support ( https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx ), but personally I think you'll resolve it faster and easier by exchanging the system.
