Ultra cameras aren't charging. Had them for 8 months. Do I need to replace? Tried wiping.

Hello, I have the Arlo Ultra 3 Pack have had them for 8 months and usually charge them approx every 6-8 weeks but now they won't charge, when logging into my Arlo account one of them says I need to change the battery; does this mean it's reached the end of it's lifespan and needs replacement? Would have thought they would last longer than 8 months.

I've tried different power points, wiping the connection, removing the battery from the camera putting it back in and connecting the charge cable but nothing is working.

The batteries last much longer than 8 months as long as there's not a hardware problem. Have you tried switching between cameras to see if it's the battery, camera or charger? Any hardware problem has to be addressed by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
