Ultra + Vmb5000 + Elite plan…still not sharp

  • Just upgraded from older system. I now have new vmb5000 Smarthub, 3 new Ultra cameras, 2 Pro 4 cameras AND I just upgraded to the top plan(Elite I think, 14.95/ month) and the feed is simply not sharp, especially on the expensive Ultras. I’ve done everything, I believe, in the settings, but maybe I missed something. HELP!

Are you seeing this on live streams or recordings or both?
