It’s an iPhone.. can’t see live video on my phone and it does not record any video light does come on when motion is detected but no recordings yes I have gone to the web site

All the settings are on record icon is back and turned on but still no recordings

After manually recording on the Arlo mobile app/web browser, are the recordings missing on the mobile app and web browser?

I can’t manually record anything is doesn’t work have resets every camera and base station and still one camera won’t work

Sorry it is recording to base station but only for not even a second

Sorry for the repetitive question, Does this behave the same over the mobile app and web browser?

It’s does not record on the mobile app but does record to web browsers but only for a second

Hi @James1012018

 

Can you login to your My Arlo account and navigate to > Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras And add your affected Ultra camera to your Add on plan. It looks like that camera is not currently assigned to your Smart Plan. 

 

Also can you test the other cameras to see if the manual record feature is functioning properly, and make sure you have Library filters cleared.
