Ultra 2 solar charging stopped working

Ultra 2 stopped solar (5600) charging. 5.7 volts measured from panel charging pins( so panel is producing power.) I’ve tried changing batteries and tried a second camera. It shows the solar panel connected but no lightning bolt on battery symbol, any suggestions

Is the sun out?
Mine didn't show as charging because the sun wasn't out.
The next day it was showing as charging.

Sunny & 25degrees C, and power coming out of panel as checked with a volt meter.
