Trouble granting my wife access to camera. Sent email invite but still shows pending?

I having trouble trying to grant my wife access to view the cameras on her phone. I went to my account, sent her the invite, she created her own account with her e-mail, she downloaded the Arlo App.

Now what? Everything i find says to follow the direction in the invite e-mail. Well that e-mail says to create an account for her and then thats it. What is the next step? She is still showing as "pending" in my account. 

I cant believe the terrible customer support that i am experiencing from Arlo. Probably the worst I have ever seen

I had that happen the first time I tried and had to go back and send it again.  Also after one of their updates it dropped her and had to resend it again even though it still showed her listed on the account it wouldn't work.  Remember to check all the permissions you want her to have.
