I normally view locally recorded clips by accessing the hub while on my home network, but have not been able to do that this week. The error message says "...error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this Try again." Online support forums suggest removing the SD card from the hub and viewing files on a computer. I have tried tht, but the card is unreadable on my Mac and my PC. Other forums suggest restarting the hub, checking/changing the network cable, etc. I have tried these things as well. I there a legitimate problem being worked on by the Arlo team? Did Arlo recently do something to prevent customers from accessing their clips locally?

Sounds like you might have a bad card then.
