Release button on Arlo casing

When I press the release button it does not engage any kind of release. Therefore I cannot get the camera out of the case. Can anybody help me please. Thanks

The O-ring can stick.  Try shaking the camera a bit, and see if you can get it started.

Silicone grease on the O-ring can make this easier (once you get it out of the housing of course).
