Today I was contacted via email and phone call by an individual stating I needed to register my Arlo software for 3 years for $149.00. This person was not very professional and the email did not look like it came from Arlo although it says Arlo. Is this really something Arlo supports or requires? To me this looks like a scam and I'm reluctant to provide credit card information or anything else. Have you had this happen to you?

You did right. Not sure how they would have chosen you but better safe than sorry.
