Recording without having phone on. Will unit still record?

at night at night we usually have our phones off. Will the unit still record?

Yes it still records and the notifications will show on the phone when you start it up in the morning.  Depending on your settings and number of cams it could be quite a batch of notifications.  Until I turned off all motions it got a little crazy lol.
