It has been over 15 months since I bought a 4 camera Ultra system at Best Buy. I don't leave many online reviews and if I do it's for an item I think is excellent. I don't remember ever leaving a negative review for anything. I waited over 14 months to leave a review for the Arlo Ultra because I kept thinking it would get better. It didn't, so I left this review. Below the review you can see the response from Arlo.

I immediately sent an email to Arlo with the title being the case number. I quoted their Best Buy response and as they requested provided the case number, email address associated with my Arlo account and my phone number.

 

It has been four weeks as of today and there has not been any response from Arlo.

Am I surprised? Are you surprised?
