Problem with adding devices

Hi, I have problem with adding devices on my app, at first it shows my smart hub but when I am trying to add my cam it shows no devices found. I have check internet connection, all cables, I dont know what else to do, please let me know what can I do

Try onboarding using a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).
